Supported by Canada’s leading construction, manufacturing, and research partners, from detection to prevention, our smart helmet detects proximity to any hazards around and in the blind zone of workers using advanced AI, provides haptic and auditory alerts. SenseHuman smart helmets use AI vision to detect nearby heavy equipment, moving vehicles, and ground hazards in real time. Workers receive instant alerts when they enter machinery blind zones or unsafe areas, helping prevent collisions and job-site accidents.

Built on our lab’s construction research, VisioConTech consolidates live feeds, recorded video, intelligent search, and contextual alerts into a single monitoring platform. By evaluating objects, activities, and location rules, the system identifies key events, such as worker and forklift interactions near marked routes, and links each alert directly to the supporting video for human verification.
Compatible with existing camera infrastructure through on-site processing, VisioConTech eliminates manual video searching to support efficient incident investigations, operational reviews, and reporting across construction sites, industrial facilities, and campuses.
